- We do not do refunds after January 10th
- If you are unable to attend the event you can transfer your ticket to someone else and inform us about the change.
- If you are transferring to someone at another level you need to contact us first so that we can check if there are spot lefts.
- If you pay in advance, pay attention please to not pay the last week. We cannot confirm that you already paid so in this case you have to pay another ticket in entrance.
